The design process flows from hand drawn schematic plans into design development computer renderings that will clearly display your home in a variety of day/night settings. By utilizing some of the best Architectural software on the market, you will have an array of interior and exterior images to view, as well as an interactive experience that you will be able to access on your home computer or tablet. The software I use is not only for the client. Through BIM (Building Information Modeling) I can provide builders and material suppliers with work that is clearly defined which equates to detailed cost estimates. The construction plans that I generate from this software provides accurate, automated quantification and a thorough understanding of the building system as a whole.
