I've been busy on Daniel Island this past year

Since moving to the Island last year, I have been fortunate to work with my neighbors on some pretty special designs for their waterfront properties.    Check out the progress (and some completed) photos below!

Progress on Fish Tale Island

Well...I have the island bookended!   below is a rendering for the tail end of the island (see what i did there..ha!)  This home has been approved by the ARB and is in need of a family....I teamed with Novella Homes to bring you my first high end spec house....

And the far end of the island is coming along nicely as well.  Windows and the WRB Barrier have been installed....siding should start in a few weeks....and electrical and mechanical systems are about 90% complete.  

Flipping through the Summer issue of Charleston Home + Design Mag

It is always a nice surprise when I come across a pic or two of some of my latest, completed projects.   This past year I have had 12 designs under construction and I can't wait to have some photography to share with you all.   In the meantime, you can see some screenshots below from their online issue.    Hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July!  I have a few big summer trips coming up....one of which will be to visit with a new client in NYC.

I feel like I have been slacking on my blog posts...I feel like you blink and months go by!  Well, I have been very fortunate to have been working with some great clients this past year.   They have given me beautiful properties to develop and I can't thank them enough for their desire to design and build the best home possible.  I have also been enjoying my Drone for site analysis, terrain mapping, and construction administration.  As someone who loves designing wild roof lines, I love how I can begin to see them take shape......especially this one.
