All of my clients will receive 3-Dimensional renderings of their project.   You will not only be able to see images of your home, but you will be able to walk through your design and experience the home before it is built.

This client asked to see how the sun would hit the rear porch during the early afternoon in the summer.   You can clearly see the shadow lines created by porches and overhangs. 

We will spend time selecting colors and materials which can be easily displayed on the 3-D Model.    

From cabinetry, to lighting fixtures, to furniture.   You will clearly understand and visualize your new home while we are in the design process.

A view across your kitchen island into your Great Room will help with your comfort level and understanding of the home design.    

This particular homeowner wanted to see the difference between lighter and darker trim, door, and window colors.
